Buying through a platform

A Kindle, Google Play, Payhip or other external purchase is handled by that platform under its terms. KARUU does not automatically receive your platform library or add it to this website. Platform links show the relevant edition, and the platform confirms availability and current price.

Buying directly from KARUU

A direct order lists the exact works, formats, languages, licence, access method and tax-inclusive total before payment. Books and audio bundles contain the components shown in the order. Payment is confirmed by the payment service; returning to the website alone is not confirmation.

Paid content becomes available in your account after confirmed payment. If delivery is delayed or fails, keep the same order reference and contact KARUU. A delivery retry does not require a second purchase. Short-lived download links protect access; you may request a new legitimate link for an active entitlement.

Immediate delivery and withdrawal

Before immediate digital delivery, checkout asks for your express consent and acknowledgement concerning the withdrawal right where applicable. This does not remove your statutory rights concerning faulty or non-conforming content. Refund conditions, any applicable withdrawal rights and contact instructions must be shown for the actual market and product.

Membership, game points and KRU

Purchased content access, internal game points and any eligible on-chain KRU are separate things. No KRU purchase or wallet is required to buy ordinary digital content. This edition does not promise token rewards, cash redemption or investment returns. Each game needs its own supported service and disclosed rules before purchases or top-ups open.

Physical projects

Submitting a brief is a request for review, not an order or accepted quotation. KARUU confirms series, styles, colours, size splits, samples, pricing and delivery for each project. JKJ-Plus collaboration retains its own brand and project handling.
