Your project brief

We use the contact details, company, market and project information you provide to respond to your request and discuss possible work. Only a request with a saved reference has been recorded by the website. Please avoid submitting payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information in a project brief.

JKJ-Plus and KARUU activewear requests follow separate brand handling. A collaboration page does not combine the brands’ customer lists.

Accounts and purchases

When direct services are available, account information is used to authenticate you and give access to your own orders and purchased content. Order records are needed to fulfil the purchase, provide support and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. External platform purchases remain with the platform; they are not automatically imported into a KARUU account.

Cookies and local storage

This edition uses essential account session cookies where account services are enabled and browser storage to keep your shopping bag. It does not add advertising or analytics trackers. External platforms linked from KARUU apply their own notices. Clear your browser storage to remove your locally saved bag.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access or correct your information, and request erasure, restriction or portability where applicable. Contact KARUU using the email above. Records may need to be retained where required by law or to address a claim. You may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
