交付内容

本许可仅适用于对应商品页和订单中列明并实际交付的《小橘的三个安静时刻》数字内容包：

- 三幅数字艺术图像：《窗边第一束光》《雨天书屋》《夜航电台》，各提供一份 PNG 和一份 JPG 文件。最终图像尺寸以商品页和随包文件清单为准。
- 同名三则中文短篇，合编为一份 PDF 和一份 EPUB；两种格式载有相同三篇正文。中文作者笔名为江墨染流年，英文笔名为 J.KARUU，出版方为 KARUU AB。
- 随包的本许可和文件清单。

本包不含音乐文件、朗读或其他音频、实体印刷品、NFT、链上凭证、游戏道具、游戏权限、订阅或未来内容承诺。故事中的声音与场景是文字叙事，不表示附赠录音或互动功能。

你可以怎样使用

在订单有效且本许可未依法终止的前提下，购买人获得一项非独占、个人、非商业使用许可，可以：

1. 下载、保存和阅读所交付的 PDF、EPUB；为自己制作合理数量的私人备份，并在自己的兼容设备之间复制。
2. 将所交付的图像用作自己的手机、电脑、平板等个人设备壁纸；可为适配屏幕作必要的缩放或裁切。
3. 在自己的非商业个人社交账号、头像或个人资料页展示所交付的图像，可配上自己对作品的评论。请注明“小橘世界 · 江墨染流年 / J.KARUU · KARUU AB”，或在账号文字区使用相同署名。不得冒称自己是作品作者或出版方。
4. 每笔订单将每幅图像打印最多五份，用于自己或同住家庭成员的私人欣赏；三篇故事可为自己打印一份阅读本。可请打印服务商仅为完成这些私人打印而制作副本，并要求其不另作使用或传播。

这些许可不授予独占权。其他买家及权利人仍可在各自许可范围内使用相同作品。个人设备适配和上述个人展示不等于可重新包装作品进行销售。

未授予的权利

除适用法律另有允许或权利人另行书面授权外，本包不授予以下权利：

- 出售、出租、转售、赠送或公开上传整包文件、电子书，或以素材文件形式公开提供原图。上述正常个人社交展示不受此项禁止，但不得另外附上原图或整包下载链接、供人取走素材的文件附件。
- 将图像、故事或其改编用于付费广告、品牌推广、商品印制、商业出版、付费会员资料或其他商业项目。
- 将文件再许可给他人，或将作品关联到新发行的 NFT、其他链上资产、数字收藏销售或再铸造活动。
- 取得作品版权、商标权、作者身份或任何 KARUU 账户的转让权。

购买人可以让他人在自己的设备上观看作品或在家中欣赏上述私人打印；这不等于向他人交付文件或新的使用许可。若希望进行上述范围之外的使用，应先向出版方提出具体用途并取得相应授权。法定引用、合理使用或其他强制性法定权利不受本许可排除。

版权和 AI 图像说明

作品版权及其他权利由相应权利人保留；本次购买仅授予上面写明的使用范围。三幅图像使用生成式 AI 工具生成，不是手绘原作；三篇故事由 AI 辅助撰写，KARUU 负责策划、选编、排版与发布。不得把本包描述为手绘原画、独占版权转让或附有实体原件的商品。AI 工具输出的保护范围和第三方权利仍依适用法律判断，本许可不承诺图像在所有地区均享有完全相同的版权保护。

下载支持和文件使用期限

自本包首次成功交付之日起十二个月内，购买人可凭原订单记录，通过商品页所列的账户或客服方式请求重新下载同一已购版本。重新下载不包含格式升级、后续新作品、软件、阅读器或设备支持。出版方可更换下载链接，并在核验订单后提供可用的交付方式。

十二个月的重下载支持期与个人使用许可的期限不同。支持期届满，不影响你在有效许可范围内继续使用已经合法取得的文件；请及时下载并妥善备份。EPUB 需要兼容的阅读器，PDF、PNG 和 JPG 需要相应的查看软件。商品页应在付款前列明文件格式与实际图像尺寸。

消费者权利和退款

本许可不限制适用的强制性消费者权利。未收到文件、文件损坏、内容与订单不符或其他履约问题，可通过订单确认或商品页所列联系方式联系出版方；出版方应按适用法律及该笔订单的有效约定提供所需救济，可能包括补交、修正、减价或退款。

若适用法律要求购买人明确同意在撤回期届满前立即供应数字内容，并确认其对撤回权的影响，应在供应开始前取得并记录相应同意和确认。付款本身不应被当成已完成这些步骤；强制性质量救济不因同意立即供应而消失。

因有效撤回或合同解除而全额退款时，除适用法律另有要求或出版方另行书面允许，本次订单授予的个人使用许可随合同终止；购买人应停止相关使用，并删除自己控制的相关文件及备份。出版方可以停止该订单的后续下载服务，但不能远程删除已下载文件。仅作价格调整或部分减价，不当然终止仍有效的许可；以退款或救济确认内容及适用法律为准。正常分享个人展示链接不转移订单、账户或本许可。

English licence

What is supplied

This licence applies only to the Xiaoju Three Quiet Moments package identified on the corresponding product page and order and actually delivered to the purchaser:

- Three digital artworks, First Light at the Window, The Rainy Bookshop and Night Radio, each supplied as one PNG file and one JPG file. Final image dimensions are stated on the product page and in the package manifest.
- Three Chinese short stories bearing the same titles, collected in one PDF and one EPUB. Both formats contain the same three story texts. The author pen names are 江墨染流年 and J.KARUU. The publisher is KARUU AB.
- This licence and the package manifest.

The package does not include music files, narration or other audio, physical prints, NFTs, on-chain certificates, game items, game access, a subscription or a promise of future content. Sounds and settings described in the stories are part of the written fiction and do not imply included recordings or interactive features.

Permitted personal uses

While the order remains valid and this licence has not lawfully ended, the purchaser receives a non-exclusive licence for personal, non-commercial use. You may:

1. Download, keep and read the supplied PDF and EPUB; make a reasonable number of private backup copies and copy them between your own compatible devices.
2. Use the supplied images as wallpaper on your own phone, computer, tablet or other personal devices, including resizing or cropping as reasonably needed to fit the screen.
3. Display the supplied images on your own non-commercial personal social account, avatar or profile page, including alongside your own comments about the works. Please credit “Xiaoju World · 江墨染流年 / J.KARUU · KARUU AB”, either with the image or in the account's text area. Do not represent yourself as the author or publisher.
4. Print up to five copies of each image per order for private enjoyment by you or members of your household, and print one personal reading copy of the three stories. A print service may make copies solely to fulfil these permitted private prints; ask it not to retain, reuse or distribute the files for other purposes.

These permissions are not exclusive. Other purchasers and rights holders may use the same works within their respective permissions. Adapting an image for a personal screen or displaying it as permitted above does not authorise repackaging it for sale.

Rights not granted

Unless applicable law permits otherwise or the rights holder gives separate written permission, this package does not authorise you to:

- Sell, rent, resell, give away or publicly upload the complete package or ebooks, or distribute the original images as downloadable assets. Normal personal social display permitted above is allowed, but must not include separate original-file or complete-package download links or asset-file attachments.
- Use the images, stories or adaptations in paid advertising, brand promotions, merchandise, commercial publications, paid membership materials or other commercial projects.
- Sublicense the files or associate the works with newly issued NFTs, other on-chain assets, digital collectible sales or reminting activities.
- Acquire copyright, trade mark rights, authorship or a right to transfer any KARUU account.

You may let others view the works on your own devices or enjoy the permitted private prints in your home. This does not authorise giving them the files or a separate licence. Contact the publisher with a specific proposed use if you need rights beyond this scope. Statutory quotation, fair use and other mandatory legal rights are not excluded.

Copyright and AI image disclosure

Copyright and other rights remain with their respective rights holders. This purchase grants only the uses described above. The three images are generated using generative AI tools and are not hand-drawn originals. The stories were written with AI assistance; KARUU is responsible for the concept, selection, layout and publication. Do not describe this package as hand-drawn original art, an assignment of exclusive copyright or a product that includes a physical original. Protection for AI tool outputs and any third-party rights depends on applicable law; this licence does not promise identical copyright protection in every jurisdiction.

Download support and continued use

For twelve months from the package's first successful delivery, the purchaser may use the original order record to request another download of the same purchased edition through the account or support method stated on the product page. Redownload support does not include format upgrades, later works, software, reading applications or device support. The publisher may replace download links and provide an available delivery method after verifying the order.

The twelve-month redownload support period is separate from the personal use licence. Its expiry does not stop you from continuing to use lawfully obtained files within a valid licence. Download and back up your files promptly. EPUB requires a compatible reading application; PDF, PNG and JPG require suitable viewing software. The product page should state the file formats and actual image dimensions before payment.

Consumer rights and refunds

This licence does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. If files are missing, damaged, different from the order or otherwise not supplied as agreed, contact the publisher through the details shown on the order confirmation or product page. The publisher must provide the remedies required by applicable law and the valid terms of that order, which may include supply, correction, a price reduction or a refund.

Where applicable law requires express consent to the immediate supply of digital content before a withdrawal period ends, together with acknowledgement of its effect on the withdrawal right, the relevant consent and acknowledgement must be obtained and recorded before supply begins. Payment alone should not be treated as completing these steps. Consent to immediate supply does not remove mandatory remedies for non-conforming content.

Where a valid withdrawal or termination of the contract results in a full refund, the personal use licence granted with that order ends with the contract unless applicable law requires otherwise or the publisher gives separate written permission. You should stop the relevant use and delete the related files and backups under your control. The publisher may stop further downloads for that order but cannot remotely delete downloaded files. A price adjustment or partial price reduction does not by itself end a licence that remains valid; the remedy confirmation and applicable law govern. Sharing a permitted personal display link does not transfer the order, account or this licence.
